I use a cleaner/lubricant called FilRenew. You can get them in eBay for $30/gallon. It is safe with films. I even left a film for over 2 months immersed in the solution and there was no degradation whatsoever.

Hi there,
I finished editing with my good ole splicing device. I manipulated (carefully) the film a lot. And it's projecting time.
Is there a way or a product to clean the film, so it looks so fresh you could believe it just came out from proccessing ?
thanks for your hints
